First Day of Church

This is Isaac and me getting ready to go to church. Isaac stayed awake the whole time and fell asleep once we left. Everyone just loved him!

I met the Easter Bunny today!

Heath and I took Isaac to have his picture taken with the Easter Bunny today at Wal-Mart. This was also his very first trip to Wal-Mart! He slept the whole time and never realized he met the Easter Bunny for the first time.

This is before we left to go to meet the Easter Bunny. You see he is wide awake, but he wasn't for the picture!

I'm 2 weeks old today!

Isaac is 2 weeks old today! He's too sleepy to care, but I had to get a picture. The past 2 weeks have gone by fast...faster than I wanted them to. I knew once Isaac got here, time would start to fly by!

Out for the count...well not at 2:30 a.m.

Isaac was out like a light laying on Daddy's chest last night, but after Mommy fed him at 2:30a.m., he was WIDE AWAKE! This is the best picture I could get with one free hand and sleepy...

My new best friend

Our friends, Jason, Cheyana, and Kale, came over last night to see Isaac. Kale was amazed by Isaac. He was so gentle with him and checked on him every time he made a noise. Kale is 16 months old, and loves to wear his cowboy boots.

Colton's tree

We went to Glenwood after we ate lunch to the nursery and got a white Dogwood tree to plant in our yard for Colton. Isaac seemed to like it outside, but it was a little windy. We came home, and Heath planted the tree in our front yard. It has little white blooms on it already. It's suppose to bloom in April which is why we picked this kind of tree out because his birthday is in April. Here is the picture of us three beside it. (My dad took the picture and didn't get much of the tree in the picture...sorry..you can see the branches :)

Isaac's first bath 4/01/09

Isaac enjoyed his first bath. He cried a little right at first, but then he settled down. We aren't pros or anything so it took us a little while from start to finish, but we'll get quicker. After he got a bath, me, Heath, and Isaac went to eat lunch with my mom, dad, and my aunt Paula. Then, we took Isaac to the Health Office, and he weighs 8 lbs. 1 oz. now and 20 1/2 inches long. He's growing!!
